Pre-Order Terms

All clients (referred to herein as "client" or by the pronouns "you" or "your") placing a purchase order with CollectorFix, LLC (referred to herein as "CollectorFix, or CF" or by the pronouns (ā€œIā€, "we" or "our") must read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By placing any orders for products sold and distributed by CollectorFix LLC, customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Closing Date

  • Closing Date is usually the last day to pre-order items from our supplier.
  • For very limited availability item, we may have to close the listing earlier than closing date if we have received enough pre-orders.
  • We encourage all clients to place their pre-orders as soon as possible.
  • Most of the time we reserve more quantity from the manufacturer to cover orders that are placed after closing date, therefore, please email us to inquiry if you are concerned about the availability for order placed after closing date.

Release Date

  • Loose estimated date provided by manufacturer/supplier when it first solicited its products to us. Products may arrive faster or slower than estimated release date.


Pre-order Process

  • Place order for preorder items separately from in-stock items.
  • Your PayPal account, or Credit Card payment will not be charged until your pre-order is filled.
  • Once your payment is received, your item(s) will be shipped.

Pre-order Price Changes

  • Whenever the price is lowered by CF between the time you placed your order and the time when the order is filled, you are eligible to receive the lower price. Please email us ASAP to get price adjustment.
  • Your pre-order price will not go up even if manufacturer raises the price if your order is received prior to price increase. However, you will get the price at the time you submit your order if received after a price change has occurred.


  • Once CollectorFix confirms your preorder, the order is binding. We expect that you honor your agreement to pay for item you preordered when item is available to ship.
  • I understand that certain circumstances may happen that would affect your ability to pay for item you ordered. In that case, email us as soon as possible to let us know item and order ID you wished to cancel as well as the reasons of your item cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel all of your preorders or restrict future preorders if we deemed you abusing our easy cancellation policy.


  • Invoice will be sent to the email address provided in your account, unless an alternate email address was provided. You are responsible to check your email inbox, send payment on time, and reply to our emails requesting additional information. We are not responsible for any undeliverable email caused by your email server failure.
  • You will have 2 business days to complete payment for most preorder items. After the 2 business day deadline passed, you can still send payment as long as we still have the item available.
  • For heavily allocated items, we will give 1 business day to complete payment for customers who ordered after closing date and 2 business days for customers who ordered before closing date. After 2 business days, we will cancel / refund all remaining preorder invoices.


  • CollectorFix, LLC reserves the right from time to time and without cause to cancel all of any part of the undelivered portion of your order by notice to you.
  • Some (not all) of the reasons are as follows:
    • Preorder is placed after closing date.
    • Manufacturer / supplier cancel our orders for any reasons, ie due to licensing issue, limited availability, low MOQ, etc.
    • Payment is received after expected payment due date.
    • Customer cancel preorder items too many times / abusing our easy preorder cancellation policy.
  • Order fulfillment would prioritize preorders placed before closing date, then based on first pay first served.

Free Shipping for Preorder Items

  • When we send your invoice, we will combine items from multiple orders that arrive at the same time.

Handling Time

  • I typically ship all filled client orders within 1-2 business days. However, when new items arrive, it creates a surge of shipments due to preorders paid. I ask customers to be more patient as we need additional time to handle preorder items. If you need faster handling time for reasons such as an item being a gift, please feel free to send an email so that we can try to expedite it.

CollectorFix, LLC receives pre-ordered items directly from the manucturer, or authorized distributor and will then ship to you once they are received and approved for condition.



Please do not place an order if you are not willing to wait until the release date.
